yeah he can break free and itachi will be drained but, u do realize itachi tsukoyomi effect remain in the victim like kakashi stated "there's no canceling the effect" only tsunade can heal the trauma from tsukoyomi

umm truthfully i'm the type that is very honest so 4 things -

1) If it appeared that I was upset at you - sorry, i'm not - more upset at the statement that what's his name said (the statement) not him.
