1) Konan: she has no counter for TBB
2) Zetsu: yep
3) Oro: yep. hard, close fight though
4) Deidara: yes he has the elemental advantage over all deidaras bombs
5) Sasori: his bijuu mode v2 should keep him safe from all poisons and puppets
6) Hidan: V2 will keep him safe from getting any blood drawn.
7) Kisame: tie. I do agree he wasnt going all out in their fight but kisame is bees worst matchup when it comes to a fight
8) Sasuke and taka:winning multiple times
9) Kakuzu: kakuzu has elemental disadvantage with his rock skin, and TBB should take out multiple hearts
10) Tobi: no, too powerful
11) Nagato: no, too much of a beast

Shikamaru:
-Technically he has beaten her before, so I'll start with that.
-Temari is a mid-to-long range fighter with short second intervals between her attacks which give Shikamaru plenty of time to think of a plan. (strategy)
-Since he has fought her before, and has spent a lot of time with her, (i.e. accompanying her to the Sand Village and back) he has knowledge on her strategies and way of fighting. (Another example could be that he saw when she fought Konohamaru)
-Shikamaru has a vast arsenal of tools, he can easily use this to extend his shadows when the battle is med-to-long range or strike at her. (i.e. Asuma's knucles, paper bombs, kunais and his dagger)
-Shikamaru's intellect goes beyond that of a genius, and since he doesn't need strength or good taijutsu to win this battle (what he lacks) he can easily rely on his superb strategy making abilities, his shadows and his tools to win the match.
Neji:
-Jounin, also a genius. All he needs to do is get mid-range, if he does this, most likely it's game over because his 64 palms are in range, plus his Air Palms also.
-If Neji can't seem to get within range, he can use his Air Palm (med-to-long) to counter, or to maneuver his way closer to Temari. If Neji could avoid and deflect so many spiders, wooden kunais and web strings during his fight with Kidomaru in part 1, I see no problem with getting past some simple wind. Plus he knows a little how wind jutsus work because he himself can perform them.
-If the fight turns out long range, he can still win, Kidomaru's fight was long range and the enemy was out of sight. He still won.
-Plus, Neji is above average fast and has a decent amount of stamina. His rotation also comes in handy in emergency situations, and he can use it as a shield to get closer since he can rotate while moving forward.

i don' think bee can escape deidara c4 even if he had lighting affinity he don't have the doujutsu to see chakra color

Shika would've lost that battle if it wasn't for the neji naruto fight (the hole where he got her)
Temari and shika were both acknowledge by their squads as bright
Its hard for shika to think of something when he is getting blown at
there isn't any intervals when she blows the wind and puts her fan down the wind is still blowing for at least a second no time to think
Neji, I believe would have a hard time getting close, but if he does it over
Temari is like the village elders to tsunade for gaara (if that makes sense) so her intelligence should be on par with shikas or above it
Now how would any of the konoha 10 defend against this

The only person I see stopping that attack is chouji if he can react quick enough

Kin, the sound ninja from the chuunin exam...compared to her two teammates, she was pretty much useless...and her jutsu SUCKED compared to others.
Sakura..all she does is complain and worry. She claims she wants to do better, but everytime her chance comes, she always ends up blowing it.
Tenten is useless as always. the background is more useful than her.
Tsunade, the weakest Hokage to ever make the title.

Hinata, a gutless "ninja" who somehow has made it this far.
Anko, who was supposedly trained by orochimaru and has a cursemark herself, she had/has so much potential as a character, but she is reduced to being fuel.
Kurenai...was always useless, but then ends up being pregnant..kishi couldnt use that excuse for tenten though.
Kushina, Fu, Yugito, total badasses...but they're all dead.
Rin...nobody even knows what happened to her.
Karui, the only black female in the series (other than A's assistant who he is probably f**king every night.) barely gets screentime
Samui...she sucks.
Konan, the ONLY female akatsuki, and they give her one of the easiest to counter abilities ever...PAPER...unless you fodder, a weak genin, or Hidan, she'll lose.
Temari, Tayuya the only two chicks in naruto who actually were able to give the guys a run for their money, heck, there two are more manlier than the main guys.
We can't say "would've lost" but yes, the hole was an advantage.
Okay, I think Temari is pretty smart, but Shikamaru's IQ has been regarded the smartes in Konoha (next to his father) and his ability to think of a plan within seconds has been seen as more than a genius. He's in the top 5 most smartest characters, next to Shikaku, Minato and two more. I can agree Temari's intelligence can be somewhat even with Shikamaru's in some aspects but surely not superior.
As for that summoning attack..I highly doubt she'll use it a the beginning of the fight so if Neji can interrupt her chakra flows, it's all good. Plus, with this in mind Shikamaru will surely do everything to avoid it. However, if Temari executes this attack and gets a direct hit on practically any character..the match is most likely over.
And yea, I agree, Temari's up there in my top 5 female characters..

Woah woah woah hold it right there..Tsunade might be the "weakest" Hokage in a sense but she is nowhere near the weakest Kage. Second, she is seen as the weakest Kage because..well..have you seen the people before her? They're all either legendary or close to. First Hokage, could control the beast and founded Konoha. Second Hokage, said to be the best water user with no water around, extremely skilled. Third, said to be the strongest Hokage of all time and took the First, the Second and Orochimaru all at the same time while protecting the village. He was the teacher of the Sannin. Minato..well, he's Minato I dont even have to explain. Tsunade is renowned for her unsurpassed Medical Ninjutsu and Monster Strength, she is one of the Legendary Sannin, she has a powerful Summon and she was able to protect the whole village from dying. She has vast reserves of chakra and and amazing amount of stamina. She is not weak.
And, you forgot Mei and Chiyo.

I never said she was the weakest Kage...she's tied with Mei.
Also, my point still stands as her being the weakest HOKAGE.
