Killer Bee as fast as A v2

Killer Bee, in his normal form is already faster than Sasuke by a landslide as seen here:

But, Bee in his chakra cloaked form is as fast as A seen here:

You can see A is in his V2 form. For them to complete the lariat perfectly they both have to be at the same speed and power. My theory is that A needed to get into his v2 form in order to get the same speed and power as Bee. :shrug:

Well there's basically base A, V1 A, and V2 A. V1 and V2 both have lightning covering them, but V2 has A's hair standing in a more upright position. This has been consistent whenever A gets his speed boost.

In Inanimate's image, A is in V1 because his hair is in its normal state. Now let me show you some pictures of A in V2 (or turning into V2):

When Bee stopped Raikage in the manga it was only in v1. Raikage is faster when he gets into v2 therefore faster than B. And for the strength I think Raikage is stronger but not sure.

How do we know he's in v1, tbh he looks the same as when he's in v2. We also don't know he slowed down, just looking at the picture it looks like v2 A speeding up to match Bee's speed and power:shrug:
