There's no one quite as remarkable as Killer Bee in NV. Despite suffering the same kind of discrimination and prejudices as all the other Jinchuriki, Bee has always remained positive and upbeat. Bearing no negative energy toward anyone whatsoever.
Even more inspirational is the fact that Bee CHOSE to become a host for the beast knowing full well all the hatred and the inevitably of being ostracised by the villagers that would come his way, all for the sake of A, his brother.
Moreover, Bee went as far as befriending the tailed beast within him. Forming bonds seems to come easy for Bee. He even befriended all the monsters on Turtle Island too.
Motoi, Bee's best pal tried killing him to avenge for his father's death [which of course had nothing to do with Bee]. Bee disarmed him and left at that, bearing no grudge at all. This left Motoi in ore of Bee's incredible compassionate nature, so much so that he could not bear to speak to Bee for 30 years out of shame.
Despite secretly wanting to fake his falling at the hands of the Akutsuki (so that he could finally holiday), Bee put on a show against Taka, singlehandedly overwhelming them. If it hadn't been for Karin's healing sasuke, Taka would have been annihilated for sure. His charka level supposed all theirs together.
As noted by Minato, Tobi, Danzo and Kisame, Bee is the perfect Jinchuriki. He is able to control the power of the 8 tails perfectly. So much so that he is able to transform with it.
Due to the partnership (as apposed to dominance) bond the two have, bee is able to dispel genjutsu magekyo sharingan.
Bee's durability in battle is simply immense as witnessed time and again throughout the manga. The number of OP attacks he can tank is remarkable. For example, he was able to withstand Amataratsu long enough to escape without hardly any damage afterwards.
Bee's Kenjutsu is second to none. He controls so many swords at once like it's just second nature to him. Suigetsu and Sasuke (two great swordsmen - one equipped with a sharingan) we unable to keep up with his Kenjutsu movements. All done why rapping too.
Even the Samahada couldn't resist his swag. Betraying Kisame for Bee due to Bee's immense chakra.
Bee's battle arsenal boasts fuinjutsu,
lightening release,
Bijudama,
Kenjutsu, taijutsu, the samehada etc etc etc
Without a shadow of doubt, Bee's greatest feat, by far is his heart. Thanks to him, Naruto was able to address his inner hate.
"Becoming a Jinchuriki, you can lose a lot, and your heart goes hollow, but if you got things you don't want to lose, they become a light to follow! The tailed beasts aren't our only source of strength! What was inside our hearts before the monster... shines like a sun, powers us to any length! That's where our true power comes from!"
And that is why he was described as the hero of hero's
