In my opinion B is very strong but I think he is overrated because he doesn't really step up in big fights like somebody his level should

IMO after the Killer Bee vs Taka battle I feel that Kishi pretty much slacked on his fighting style and sorta dumbed his power down a notch. When I seen him lose the first two lariat attacks against his brother I was like. . .-__-' Dammit Kishi.

im gonna go with underrated because his got full control of an bijuu right? thats something no other previous jinchuriichhi could do well not naruto can as well thanks to Killer
Bee. that proves his a good teacher, got full control over hachibi and is very good at kinjutsu( swords) and yeah his pretty fast especially when doing lariat with his brother 4thd Raikage! yep he his strong hell yeah!
