I don't believe Samehada makes much of a difference in the battle, but I see Nagato winning it High difficulty.

Nagato probably wins,

the only way he wins is if he repels back bees TBB right back at him and that is definitely plausible seeing how
a large scale ST from deva repelled 3 gigantic toads kilometres away, with each toad weighing thousands of kilos, an ST from healthy nagato using powers himself would definitely be able to do that,

the bombs come right back at bees face,, and any more than 1 bomb = GG for bee, forcing him to run out of BM, resulting in him getting clowned jus how he did in canon,

Killer Bee should be able to beat Pein, but if Pein can also manage the above strategy then he has a shot, only difference being that he cant take out V2 bee that easly
