-Killer Bee wins. I think this b/c of Bee's superior speed and is able to wield 7 swords at once time.
-Even Sasuke with his sharigan couldnt read the movements and Sugetsu with his sword mastery couldnt keep up.

gotta give it to Mifune, killa b's octo-sword style is REALLY cool especially during the taka fight, but Mifune is the head of the samurai, which means his entire life has been swordplay, its a shame how OP all thhe shinobi are at this point or else they could have done something more interesting with samurai

I gotta disagree with you bro. Mifune is the head of the Samurai nation, but honestly, he didn't show any spectacular abilities in his fight with Hanzo.
Bee has shown an extreme aptitude with swords. Even if this is purely a kenjutsu battle, Bee is able to fight at blazing speeds with 7 swords simultaneously. His proficiency and speed with his 7 swords was even able to overwhelm Sasuke's Sharingan which has the ability to predict movements based on muscle analysis.
Even if Bee uses no ninjutsu in this fight, I still say Bee takes this. Personally I think Bee is the greatest swordsman we've seen to date.

Kira Bi! Wheeeeeeeee! He floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. He was too fast for the Sharingan, so Mifune isn't that difficult.

I forget what it is called but the samurai technique of quick slashing when unsheathing the sword. Even if B does blitz with spinning swords of doom, Mifune's mastery of the sword (which is his only skill) will allow him to take advantage of an opening while B is spinning.

Mifune is a master of one skill, swordplay. All of his time and focus goes into it. Its all the samurai have. B uses a blitz style attack, Mifune would most likely be able to find an opening and single slash him. If B uses the 8 tails chakra, then it goes to B, but with just kenjutsu, Mifune ftw

simply trying ur hardest at something all ur life doesnt make u better than someone else who doesnt we have lee and guy training in speed and naruto trains in everything and is randomly way faster than them now, we have lee practicing his speed and with one glance from sasukes sharinghan use that exact speed against gaara. You cant say because he focused on that his whole life hes better than killer bee we actually have evidence of bees skill.
There is no way of telling that Mifune would be able to aim for such an opening. Not even Sasuke with his Sharingan was able to do it. If the advanced predictive powers of the Sharingan were vastly overwhelmed by Bee's kenjutsu, I honestly don't understand how Mifune would.
Mifune may be a samurai, but just being a samurai does not automatically grant such speed to be able to do what Sasuke couldn't
