Ay can blitz, but I don't think he can hurt B through the V2 Cloak...

He crushed v1 Susanoo. I doubt Bee's v2 is stronger.

We don't know if the horn is more durable than the V2 cloak though. However, the V2 cloak did take a Raikiri from Kakashi, so yeah, Ay isn't getting past it.

This panel isn't so clear ,I cant decide whether he tanked it or avoided it but the anime showed that Edo jin evaded kakashi's hand via sharingan

But I dont think ay can cut through v2 clock but on the other hand, hell stab can surly go through that like raiki

He did only chop through Sasuke's after weakening it with Liger Bomb.
