Killer B wins. The only attack the duo has that will get past the full powered V1 cloak is Gian, which isn't hitting. B can literally sit on his ass and tank Fuuton, Katon, and all of Hidan's scythe attacks. Raiton Streaming+superior everything=Wrecked Hidan in CQC. He gets his limbs sawed off or B just seals him with an ink clone.. If Kakuzu tries to interfere his attacks are dodged/tanked while Hidan is the only one who suffers. Then he uses Raiton to dismantle Kakuzu, or he just rapes him and his masks in CQC and then seals him instead of having to kill him 5 times.

B mid diff at best.
