bee would need to 1) enter hachibi mode or do a partial transformation , THEN cut his tentacle off, all before he's set on fire by one of the fastest non s/t jutsu in the manga, and all Itachi would have to do is use another

since bee has his version 2 which makes many times faster than his current speed, he would just go for lariat to itachi.

He fooled SASUKE, who has a 3 in intelligence compared to Itachi's 5.. And HE only got the chance because sasuke was complacent and LET him do the switch by cutting off the tentacle.. something Tobi scolded him for... that will not happen with Itachi, and you're fooling yourself if you think it would

I'm guessing you're one of those people who have a hard time understanding even the manga they're reading.
Bee only got the chance to escape do Sasuke cutting off one of his tentacles in order to save Karin...if Sasuke had chosen to let Karin die...then Bee would have done for it right there...and you also do realize Bee fooled Sasuke who only has 3.5 in intelligence ...while Itachi has 5 in intelligence?

V2 Bee only moves in linear form which Sasuke effortlessly dodged.

Whats funny is that v2 Bee doesn't make it easier for him to dodge amaterasu. It actually makes it alot easier because Bee is far from a sensor and easily fell vicitim to a Sharigan genjutsu in that state by Sasuke.

Furthormore if Bee were to discover Amaterasu is about to be used he would have to activate the cloak and dodge before Amaterasu is in play which is impossible...

really? you're going by the databooks? the databooks gave kurenai 4 in intelligence and she hasnt shown that she is smarter than sasuke. killer bee can just create in clones and have them use lightning tech to cut off his tails.
bee simply jumped and it slows him down, thats why it was easier for sasuke to dodge it.

itachi wont go for the amatersu right away since he always starts off with genjutsu.
Itachi would have prior knowledge about genjutsu against jinchuriki. He joined the akatsuki(you know the guys who hunt them?)
and are you serious about the jumping part? obvious troll is obvious.
sorry but dont compare the other jinchurikis to bee's mastery of a bijuu. (and itachi never got involved in fighting jinch while in the akatasuki, it was kisame that fights them. itachi just waits). so he doesnt have any knowledge/

How does Bee hit Itachi with lariat when he couldn't even hit a wounded Sasuke....who on top of that has a lesser speed than Itachi?

Bee even gave props to Sasuke for dodging his attack. Bee made no excuses as to why sasuke dodged it. I see no reason for you to do the same. Do you?

Even if your speculation about ITachi kicking back and letting Kisame do all the work is true (which it blantaly isn't) Theres more to a fight than just breaking genjutsu. What do you think Itachi will do when Bee does break his genjutsu?

sasuke and kisame (who had samehada as a shield) whos bodies are more durable than itachi's got blown to pieces by lariat. if itachi gets hit he would die.
also dont forget that if killer bee hits itachi with his head, itachi's head would roll.
you're using the databooks which made countless mistakes measuring the character's strength. sasuke clearly deserves to have at least 4 or even 4.5.
as i have said before, bee jumped to attack sasuke, when you jump you get slowed down which is why it was easier for sasuke to dodge it.
kisame captured yoshi while itachi was just sitting back, its obvious that its kisame who captures the bijuus since he has a habit of fighting anyone while itach doesnt.
all of itachi's genjutsu are broken by hachabi which we have seen so far. so itachi's genjutsu arent working.
so because i said itachi doesnt win that means i hate him for some reason.:|
O god. Sasuke dodged Bee's attack because he reacted fast enough not because Bee jumped. Bee even gave him props because of it. You are either clearly delusional or need a reading comprehension lesson.
and what do you have to say about Bee moving in linear form and v2 to attack. Itachi can light him up easily.

The only reason Bee ever hit Sasuke with lariat was Sasuke lowering his guard after hit him with Genjutsu(which Bee took advantage of)....not only that....lariat isn't even a problem to Itachi do to his speed,the sharingan ability to predict movement, and with his ribcage Susanoo....Itachi was even able activated his Susanoo in time when Kirin(lightning speed) was released.
