So, was this ever explained in the manga:
Killer B doesn't have the potential to go all-as powerful as Naruto-kun, as Naruto has the chakra reserves from his blood line; which no doubt explains the blood line limit users; they could be distantly related to the 3 main blood lines that came from the sage... (pure speculation as to that one tho)
So getting back to Naruto and Killer B's chakra boost: Killer B's won't likely reach a pinnacle of success as Izumaki Naruto's power level is; (that no doubt of over nine thousand.)
...or is this sole plot no Jutsu that Killer B can't go all burning chakra as Naruto...
Also: think we'll see Sasuke in that curse seal mode WITH Sasano ? (or any of the eye forms ...) I would assume that would be too OP; much like if Naruto were to be in sage mode WHILE in beast mode... (Beast wars!! ...transformers)
