Sasuke takes it low difficulty alone, none of the players in team two have the destructive capability to get past a v1 Susano'o let alone v4. Even if you let Kakashi use Kamui offensively, it changes nothing.

Sasuke ignites them with Amaterasu or overwhelm them with Enton usage and Susano'o arrows.

I feel team to is a little understated. Kakuzu completely leveled Kakashi in terms Taijutsu, although I personally would say he is as fast as MS sasuke. I am not sure I would say he is as fast as Killer B. But I do think Kakuzu also has enough power to take on a Susanoo. Also with Kakashi's Kamui he could defend against amaterasu. Remember this is MS Sasuke not EMS

sasuke and killer bee take it high diff because kamui is restricted to defense only... without this restriction kakashi and kakazu take it...
kakashi and kakazu have lot more experience and battle smarts than sasuke and bee and they have 1 day to plan... they can be really dangerous as a tag team... i think they'll win with sneak attacks since head on battle isn't necessary.....

You mean when Kakashi has no killing intent at all and was only trying to persuade Sasuke to let go his vengeance? To the point that Kakashi, one of the most cool and swift ninja in the world, didn't attack Sasuke when he was feeling the side effects of the loss in eyesight? When Kakashi could have Kamui Sasuke's ass in a millisecond if he wanted to? Oh yeah.

With prep time of 1 day it is possible for kakuzu and kakashi to invent powerful combination attacks.
In my opinion sasuke and bee doesn't make a good team, i can imagine that sasuke wants soloing cause of his arrogance, maybe they will prepare some strategies, but either of them would fight more solo.

But kakashi and kakuzu are more complemented, together they are able to cast all elements and both are very intelligent, kakuzu has the most experience due to his age ( 90 or sth.) and kakashi is the analyst nr 1
Both are quit fast, i think kakashi is as fast as MS Sasuke, but killerbee is faster than kakuzu.
Kakuzu has his 4 hearts, which can fly to handle that.
His fuuton heart can cancel all ration attacks team 1 has to offer, and his ration gian is very fast and destructive, if killerbee wants to blitz kakuzu via v1, kakuzu can fire Gian in his direction. Killerbee is to fast to avoid a conter in that form, i think that is his weakness.

Kakashi can keep up with MS sasuke in close combat and gets help from kakuzus hearts. Susanno arrows will be kamuied ( defensively ), amaterasu maybe will be kamuied too ,but there are other ways to avoid it : Clone feints, opening the 1 gate, maybe hiding like a mole.

Due to teamwork kakuzu and kakashi can win this extreme high diff.
I don't think sasuke and bee would work together as well as kakashi and kakuzu.

I don't think Sasuke could solo. Or at least not easily. If he did,
he would come out in as bad shape as he did after killing Danzo.
Together with Bee though, they take it mid-diff.
