If hes restricted to sword play only meaning no 8 tails and lightning etc.. then I honestly think he stops at zabuza his swords alone cannot stop hidden mist silent killing combo plus he won't be able to see. If not he def stops at hidan (wasn't it said he was best close combat but also slowest) kisame or orochimaru
Scenario 2 I still feel the same
3 it gets way tricker but I still don't see him beating kisame full powered with just samaheada alone nor orochi

So this is purely Kenjutsu fight. You gave Sasuke Ninjutsu so that makes it unfair. Sasuke would only be able to beat Bee because of Enton, not because of sword and CQC as Bee already shat on him before. The rest matchups, Bee wins low difficulty. What makes Bee's Kenjutsu on a different universe from any other character is because of his unorthodox fighting style that Sharingan can't keep up with. Sasuke got shat the moment he went up. Itachi ran away from Bee's unorthodox style, because he was pressured. Madara has no Kenjutsu feats. I don't have to bring a case with the rest, because they get shit on.
In scenario 1 and 2, he can't utilize his unorthodox style because you gave him swords that are heavy, but he still wins every match up because of his CQC prowess; able to react to FTG twice without intel, the speed that made him keep up with KCM Naruto's normal speed, durability to tank blunt force attacks without damage and physical strength that overpowered V2 Ay. So with his CQC feats, he still wins every match up, apart from Sasuke.
Scenario 3, Bee's unorthodox style fodderizes everyone of them. Sasuke who's the best Kenjutsu fighter after Bee was getting slapped everywhere around.
Bee low diffs everyone of them in a pure Kenjutsu or CQC matchup; Sasuke is an exception because you gave him Enton (Ninjutsu).
S1: he defeats zabuza, but would've trouble with asuma since he was capable of parrying quite well, with hidan which kakashi was incapable to do so. So judging from that, his sword skill should be more than capable of overpowering Bee.
Bee loses to hidan and the rest, except madara who he could easily keep up as madara could only beat fodder.
S2: Samehada gives him a whole another level buffing. He beats Asuma and Zabuza, then loses to hidan ( even though having the slowest attacks, he can still skillfully use it to hurt people who has much faster attacks) and loses against kusa and enma pretty easily, then fights on par with hebi Sasuke but ultimately loses. Loses the rest.
S3: Zabuza would beat B, since he doesn't have lightning chakra to penetrate it.
Asuma would lose.
Hidan would win mid diff.
Defeats madara mid diff, loses the rest(Since Sasuke was extremely injured before thier fight with B, as juugo explained, so we cant judge that fight as a nice indication of Sasuke's skills)

]. He even wanted Bee to go straight into full Bijuu mode, so the thought that base Bee wins is hilarious. Inb4 Bee wasn't all the way serious, neither was the man who just stood around the whole time with his sword.
Manga made it crystal clear that Bee's capabilities while in base aren't enough to take down Kisame. It would of made more sense to resort back to base after the guy kept stealing his chakra if it was adequate enough, too bad Bee and the Hachibi gauged and determined it wasn't.
Yea he used the cloak + sword against Kisame which obviously wasn't a good idea as samehada was doing most of the fighting from there, Bee never resorted to the 7 sword dance which fodderized Taka Sasuke and which he starts with in the scenario you laid out.
As for Itachi I don't think GKS Sasuke was on par with him in CQC, Sasuke got bullied by Bee an arc earlier and Itachi during the war arc was outspeeding Bee. I don't think he grew enough to close that gap.
