This is a very close match-up.

Firepower -> Team 1 simply because of Bee. And the support of all of Itachi's supplementary MS techniques and the threat of Genjutsu is always looming.

But in terms of intangibles (mainly speed) -> Team 2. The support of FTG alongside Jinton is equally as threatening. I'm leaning towards team 1, but an argument can be made for either team to be honest.
