Somehow Kurama is Extracted from Naruto and is on the loos . Tobi gets it under his genjutsu and goes towards leaf. Minato and Killer B(as Jinchuriki) face him in mortal combat.

Note : Kurama's half chakra has been sealed (like Minato sealed it). so it is not in its full big form.
