Kirikou is a black ninja with dark eyes and black hair His hairstyle is a combination of short dreadlocks along the top of his scalp, with cornrows lining the sides and back. He wears square-rimmed glasses and is seen with them both on and off. Being known for his physical fitness, he is quite well-built, though he tends to stand with poor posture, slouching over.
Kirikou's outfit consists of a short-sleeve shirt that appears to have either a shadowy Shinigami pattern across the sleeve ending or a joint lightning-fire pattern across the sleeve ending, with flame patterns on the right sleeve, lightning bolt patterns on the left. In later appearances, he simply has a plain white shirt with 'DC' (probably standing for Death City) written on the left breast. He also has a unique gold-coloured tribal-looking necklace, but, like his first shirt, this was removed in his later appearances. He wears grey pants with various decorative chains, a sweatband on each of his arms that covers almost the entire forearm and sneakers. On formal occasions, he wears a suit, but also wears a green baseball cap turned to the side as well.
Kirikou also wears the most ordinary uniform: a plain, white dress shirt with the top opened slightly to reveal his sternum. He has the sleeves rolled up just below his biceps. He wears a long sweatband on each of his wrists that covers the majority of his forearms; one is light-patterned while the other is dark and light patterned. He was once seen with a small necklace in his shirt and a longer one outside his shirt alongside striped braces/suspenders that ran through his shirt collar. Lastly, he wears blue pants and white sneakers.

Kirikou is shown to be quite hot-blooded, determined, headstrong and passionate, especially in battle. He can sometimes be inflexible, and loses his temper around others when his feelings get the better of him, especially when his friends get involved. However, he is not too proud to apologize if he does lose his temper. He is tough and resilient in fights, and is not afraid of fighting, even when he is outnumbered. In fact, he enjoys fighting, seeing it as a challenge, and can be quite competitive. He does not care about finesse in fighting, as long as he wins in the end. He dislikes sitting still and doing nothing and considers technical conversations and strategies to be quite boring. He is quite direct when it comes to telling people how he feels and can be quite aggressive to those he considers his enemy.

Kilik's Story
Kilik Rung is the the 5th Raikage and the greatest of them all. However. we must go back to his origins
Kilik Rung was born into the Yotsuki clan. A clan famous in Kumogakure but had no real special abilities. Kilik was raised to be a contender for Raikage. Every step of the way he was pushed toward this goal. Kilik Rung moved through the ranks of the village quickly, eventually becoming the youngest head ninja in history at the age of 13.
That was when he was admitted into Shibusen, a school for the talented ninja of the world. There we would hone his skills and intelligence. For three years, he went under rigorous training. It didn't help deflate his large ego though. Before he could be elected Raikage, Kilik had to get stronger on his own right. He felt that the techniques and ideals he learned in Shibusen were not enough. Sooner or later he made his way to Konohagakure where he met up a weird buy with green hair, Gobi. For the next six months, Gobi would be the one teaching him to ultimate form of taijutsu to push his body to the absolute limit, The Eight Gates.
With his advanced knowledge of fire release, Kilik was able to develop his own form of fire, his own element. Volcanic Ash. With these new abilities and powers he was able to return back to Kumo and become the Raikage.
Other
Lightning
Members from in Kumogakure are born with a natural affinity for lightning release techniques, being able to form them quickly and without any hassle. Kilik is capable of using lightning jutsu with one handseal.
Fire
Kilik has a personal secondary affinity of Fire release. This allows him to perform all fire release techniques with accelerated handseal speed.
ZX Buster
ZX Buster users have no strength difference than other Taijutsu users; however their blows do twice the damage as they normally would, due to the chakra discharge. Most ZX techniques have moderate chakra cost and are reusable, as they draw from the chakra that is naturally leaked, reducing the “actual” chakra cost. Due to training to withstand their own Chakra Blows, ZX Buster users are incredibly sturdy, having amazing stamina and endurance, when compared to even Strong Fist Masters. ZX users have amazing chakra control, due to the fast-paced nature of Taijutsu, and the ability to utilize this style with every strike.

Being a taijutsu master, Kilik can track projectiles and movements twice his speed. Giving him the same perception and tracking capabilities as if he had chakra sensing or enhanced hearing. Kilik is a master of taijutsu and with that has learned to open the Eight Inner Gates. As a result of his rigorous training, he is has to keep his speed down at all times. He has leg weights wrapped around his ankles.

The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.
Kilik has a custom armor that he may summon to battle. This armor is skin tight and weightless. The armor's name is Tetsujo meaning Razorwire. This is a sentient armor that lowers the power of all genjutsu the opponent uses on him by one rank. The armor can also harshly constrict around Kilik without needing Kilik's command. This makes the armor the ultimate defense against most genjutsu, being able to almost instantly snap Kilik out of any genjutsu. The armor is also hard to remove from Kilik's body, being able to regenerate instantly by leaching off of Kilik's chakra. Since the armor is wrapped around Kilik's body, every time he makes contact with an other person the armor injects chakra harshly into their chakra system which courses throughout it. That burst of chakra disrupts their sense of balance, disabling them for a short while.

Description: Tetsujō is a sentient, tight-fitting bodysuit that encases the wielder's upper body like a second layer of skin. Similar to Samehada in terms of function, Tetsujō shares a semi-symbiotic bond with its wielder, constantly absorbing his/her chakra, be it normal or abnormal, in order to remain sentient and functional. The main characteristic of Tetsujō is its ability to change the chakra signature of everything it absorbs. Through miniscule vibrations and fluctuations, the suit changes the signature of all the chakra it absorbs and injects it back into the user’s chakra pathway system in almost constant bursts. Normally, foreign chakra would disturb and disrupt the chakra pathways, but through the symbiotic bond the armor and its wielder shares, Tetsujō is able to function as a purifier of sorts, guiding the wielder's body through an almost instant process of adaption, though still altering its wielder's chakra flow. With its incredible ability to evolve, Tetsujō is also able to perform this process on unusual types of chakra. This constant process of change and evolution also serves to gradually, but continuously, change the wielder's chakra signature on a fundamental level. Generally, Tetsujō will render illusionists unable to use dual-layered illusions on its wielder. Furthermore, Tetsujō makes the user’s constantly changing chakra impossible to mimic. Through its continuous changing of the user’s chakra signature, Tetsujō also decreases the rank of all Genjutsu Techniques cast on its wielder by one rank. Finally, Tetsujō is able to harshly constrict itself around its wielder’s body for a short amount of time.
If anyone but the wielder touches Tetsujō, the suit releases a harmful burst of chakra into the perpetrators chakra pathway system, ruining his/her balance and equilibrium for a short amount of time.
With the ability to absorb its wielder's chakra, Tetsujō is able to repair itself, making it very hard to remove from the user's body.
-Tetsujō cannot decrease the rank of a Mangekyō Sharingan Genjutsu.
-Because of the fluctuations Tetsujō constantly causes, all Genjutsu techniques used by the wielder loses one rank in terms of strength.
