What I want to know was Gai leg in a cast for a minor injury or due to opening up the 8th gate of the Eight Gates Formation. If its the latter, then no one can heal him - not even Naruto. If its something like a simply leg injury, then Tsunade can do no problem.

And since when was Naruto able to heal injuries. He only gave life force (in RSM).
