I've always been short and now at 31, I'm only 5'2. And yeah kids are getting worse nowadays regarding manners. Not all, but many.

Back in the day, people were married and having kids at a younger age. The technology thing is because we didn't have it when we were young. Technology is poison for children though.

They're impolite, and bratty. They tend to complain more than they should, and most either are sport freaks or gamers that never do anything else. There are few that like to sit inside and read a good book and balance that with a bit of outdoor activity. In short, they don't know balance, maturity or good manners.

Some studies even show children ages 2 and younger exposed to smart phones who can even use it to some extent like launching apps they like, and unlocking things (my cousin) take longer to learn how to speak. My baby cousin who is now turning 3 barely knows anything but gibberish. While I know another infant who can have some conversations with people.

I disagree. The generations from the technological era (us) "know" so much sh*t yet when we're forced to do things we don't usually do we fail badly. It takes away things like critical thinking.

Yeah I heard about that too. In my childhood years, my hobbies were drawing and reading. I played my good ol' NES too, but I loved creating things. I used to use a walkman and later a discman to listen to music, and I got my first cell phone when I was 28. Never cared for it before that, and my new job required it as well as Facebook and Twitter.

I'm not gonna lie, I want one though, but I don't work and I'd rather not make my parents pay for a luxury like that. Same! When I finally got one, everyone gave me their number and started texting me. It gets annoying, and I end up leaving it on vibrate and far away from me unless I go out.
