Gaara, atop his sand cloud, rushes through the dense forest. He zig-zags through colossal trees, and outpaces even the deadliest of carnivores. Kimimaro is dead.. and now I must fight again. He knew several of the Konohagakure shinobi had engaged the shinobi from the Sound Village, yet he did not know who were the victors, and who lay lifeless. The only battle he knew the outcome of was his own, in part due to the strong-willed Lee.I have no friends among the Leaf, yet I risked my life to save one, and here I am... rushing to save another. Several minutes pass, with Gaara still flying through the foliage. Suddenly, his sensory sand spread out around him locates a target. Gaara uses that sand as a beacon, emerging through some trees to find a lifeless body, and a Sound shinobi still alive off at a distance. He dispels his sand cloud in mid-air, allowing him to soar through the air and land softly a ways off the from enemy. His sand then returns into his open gourd carried on his back.
The white eyes of the boy on the ground tells Gaara all he needs to know about the dead boy. A Hyuuga. The fact that his killer still stood was a testament to the man's skill. Gaara glares, folding his arms across his chest as he glares at the man. As if sensing his glare, the enemy turns towards him, locating him on the ground. Gaara opens his mouth, a tad annoyed that his presence was noted so soon, and says..
"When I drain the life out of a man, I prefer him to watch anyway."
Gaara wastes no time, manipulating the sand within his gourd to suddenly erupts upwards and travel over the man. It would disappear as it traveled through the dense canopy above. The sand suddenly descends from the canopy with great speed, stabbing into the ground all short range around the man in a circular shape. The sand, once it hits the ground, releases a discharge of electricity in order to electrocute the un-named man. At the same time, Gaara releases sand underground in order to churn the dirt of the forest into a material he could utilize.

As Kidomaru sat resting in the forest from having used too much of the cursed seal, he had to be sure none of this brat's friends would be sulking in the forest after him and had coated the area in webbing that would notify him of the slightest quality. As the shinobi landed upon the ground and it made Kidomaru wary that another prey had wandered into his web, hopefully the other members of the sound four would be reuniting with him soon to take Lord Orochimaru's new subject to him.
As the sand erupted out of Garra's gourd into the canopy above Kidomaru knew he recognized the brat during the Chunin Exam and realized he was Garra of the Sand the boy who carried the One-Tails in inside. If he brought back another prize he'd be sure to be rewarded right? With his mind set, he stood at attention as the sand fell back towards the ground. From this angle he recognized the electrical charge and had immedietly coatedhis body in his Sticky Gold Material, so that as the oncoming lightning tried to attack him, it'd be blocked by the layer of Sticky Gold leaving Kidomaru unscathed.

However, rather then let this be his counter attack, he threw three kunai with explosive tags on them towards Garra as he jumped away from the scene landing on a tree branch above. During his ascent after the kunai had been thrown he collected spit and chakra within his mouth and then into his six arms before unleashing a large amount of webbing to capture Garra within the sticky strands.

Six legs and golden liquid.. Orochimaru finds the strangest henchmen.
Gaara watches as the man leaps upwards, releasing both kunai and a golden web. Immediately, Gaara's sand moves to protect him. It rips through the air and out of his gourd, forming a large orb to deflect the explosion while also blocking the web from reaching himself. While the sand moves, Gaara gathers the sand used from his earlier sand needle technique, using it to form together and rush upwards at his opponent. The wave of sand hits his enemy from below, before spreading around his body to immobilize him. Gaara continues to grind dirt into sand below ground, while glaring at his enemy.
Why do you fight for Orochimaru, a man who does not value your life? You can become a part of someone's world, instead of a weapon that is feared.

A self sustaining, self aware, autonomous defense, its the technique which made Gaara renown for having what was later called "Perfect Defense". Basically, any Sand nearby will encircle the user and move to intercept any attack that is used against him. The sand is fast enough to intercept otherwise "instant" techniques such as Amaterasu or very fast Taijutsu attacks (up to twice the users base speed) and can stop A-Rank blunt force impacts such as those delivered by Taijutsu or solid elements. The sand can even create an otherwise perfect sphere of sand around the user in a split second. Even if the user is unaware of an attack, the sand will protect him. The disadvantage is that the shield will drain chakra from the user each time it defends him, which happens without his input. However, the user can still defend from techniques and "will" the shield to not act if he is in the process of producing a counter to the impending attack. In some special circumstances, the sand can gather and form a female-like protector in the path of an incoming technique, much stronger than the normal shield of sand and which can protect the user from attacks up to S-Rank.
Note: Its defensive abilities still follow elemental weakness and strengths.
Note: If there is no dirt or sand on the battle field, the technique will use the users own Sand from his Sand Gourd.

As Garra's sand defense rushed to his aid, the swiftness of the technique intrigued Kidomaru. This one would probably prove more difficult to combat then the Hyuuga as Kidomaru couldn't identify any exploitable weaknesses in the defense. He'd need time to prepare for his eventual win and think of a clear strategy, but in the mean time he'd toy with the brat a bit more. Why not enjoy this battle a little longer? AS he licked his lips in anticipation he looked below to see a wave of rushing sand coming towards him rapidly, at this point it wouldn't be smart to let that sand envelop him.
Kidomaru: Says a loser like yourself with no eyebrows, I'm glad the 4th Kazekage got killed by Lord Orochimaru. The World's better without freaks like you.
Quickly taking a risk, he forged the snake handseal and his cheeks swelled with chakra as he opened them he expelled a huge amount of water towards the sand and further propelled him upwards into the thick tree branches as the water spread into a large wave that shot forward and in 360 degrees filling the area with a small ocean's worth of water for a short while.

This would not only stop the Sand Burial technique from taking place, but also douse the area in water preventing Garra from manipulating the source he had created unusable making his opponent a bit more exploitable. Of course Kidomaru was unaware of the created source of Sand, but would serve his purpose all the while. As he landed further up he created another large web this time that strewn itself across the overhanging branches and trees providing him with a large enough space to continue with his next course of action, as Garra defended against the water.

As the web finished it's creation, Kidomaru would jump onto them giving him an overhead view of Garra. After biting his thumb and preforming the needed handseals, a large amount of smoke covered the area and beneath Kidomaru now stood atop a large spider who eyed it's next prey as it spit a thick strand of web towards Garra..
Kidomaru: Now kid, I wanna play a game, it involves you surviving my next onslaught for the next 30 seconds, if you succeed you don't die. If you lose, well let's just say you'd wish you'd better hope you win. Kukukukukuku....
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyodaigumo) Summoning Technique: Giant Spider

Kyodaigumo (巨大蜘蛛, Kyodaigumo) is a giant spider, and the personal summon of Kidōmaru. Its a giant spider, big enough to move with its summoner on its back with no visible hinderance. It has all the abilities known to normal spiders, such as being able to walk on solid surfaces even upside down, climbing easily up difficult surfaces such as trees, is capable of producing a sticky Web from its abdomen (like a normal spider) but also spit it from glands near its mouth, which adds to the venom it can deliver through bites. Although not a strong venom, its enough to produce great pain and prevent the healing (be it natural or ninjutsu based healing) of the bite wound. It has 8 eyes, 5 of which are facing forward and to the sides, and 3 of which are facing backwards. This gives it a great field of vision which produces a "virtual visual field dome" that comprises a half spherical area above its head and all around. Once summoned, Kyodaigumo can quickly release an egg sac full of baby spiders roughly the size of a small dog which is used to produce the Rain of Spiders technique. It can resist C-Rank attacks easily and is very fast.
Note: Can only be summoned once and only by bios that have signed the Spider Contract.
