I think this should go to kido if he keeps his distance. Not too familiar with their movesets tho.

Kidomaru wins , very easily. With full intel he instantly plugs up his ear holes with either golden fluid or web fluid making her genjutsu moot which is her most valuable asset. He then quickly webs up the area like a spider , calls spider army and has them spread out into the trees. Sets up movement sensing trap webs and sticky web fluid around the ground and trees , then uses his keen vision and observation to find Tayuya while making the whole area around him at all times a trap , and from there its game over for Tayuya as she cant engage him at the start , and she especially cant engage him after he gets time to do his thing.
If Kido wants to end it super quick then he actiavtes CM2 and uses his third eye to spot Tayuya in the forest sooner than later, then he ends her with an arrow or combo trap barrage set-up , but he wont do this since its IC but still he wins easily.

Kidomaru should take this pretty easily if he's being serious and not trying to savor the kill. His particular arsenal is a good counter to Tayuya's. He can web up the forest and summon his spider to keep Tayuya's band of 3 mongs at bay and in check while lines up a headshot with his bow and arrow. She doesn't have anywhere near the speed, reflexes, or reaction time of Neji to alter or dodge it.
Her only prayer would be to get lucky and guess the trajectory, which will be next impossible while controlling her Doki at the same time. She'd be on the defensive the entire fight and it would only be a matter of time before she either falls into a web, a spider gets in close, or an arrow ices her.

Don't forget when Choji fought Dosu, Choji tried plugging his ears so he could not hear the sound. But Dosu told him it was pointless as more than 70% of the human body is made of water and water transmits sound.

Dont forget that Dosu still needed to physically target and hit Choji at an approximate location connecting to his eardrums for that to even work.

He punched into Choji, then sent shock-waves through his body via direct and pinpointed physical contact , which allowed the sound to vibrate through Choji.

Its why Shikamaru , the guy who can think 200 moves in advance , never thought about Dosu doing wat he did to Choji.

Tayuya wins. She summons little demons to do her fray. Kidoumaru doesnt have a defense against that.
