suigetsus only means of offence is letting kidomaru close for close combat and trapping him in water bubble. or water gun if he knows how to use it.
kidomaru has probably less chakra, so its just attrition. suigetsu turns into a puddle and tries to find him. kidomaru shoots webs at him to ensnare him

Suigetsu can faze through his webs by turning into water and any physical attacks such as Kidomaru's arrows and other weapons made out of his spider web spit can be avoided through such means.

Honestly, Suigetsu takes this pretty easily.
