If it were full intel, Hidan would know he was incapable of cutting Kidomaru's webs. Point being, he'd do his absolute best to avoid getting caught. Hidan is a very elusive fighter.

@EjBlack, Nah my man those platforms require the opponents to be in the tree's as well, which is why it worked so well there. Hidan's speed has already shown to be at Kakashi's level, and his evading abilities were proven as well dodging things much quicker than webbing.
