[Discussion] Kidd alliance underestimated against Shanks?

Personally I believe the Kidd alliance was never going to go after Shanks since Kaido dropped down on them. It's a plot device to show Kaido's power against supernovas. But looking at each of their powers it doesn't seem too far fetched. Shanks is a Yonko and possesses powerful Haki and brute strength. But I believe they can gain an advantage on him from a distance they don't have to face Shanks in close combat. Each kidd captain has a devil fruit and I'm sure some knowledge of haki I doubt they're weak enough to immediately pass out. Shanks is a one armed swordsman. Kidd can retract and repel medal. Apoo uses sound. Hawkins being know as "The Magician" doesn't seem like he's made to fight close but use long distance.

Apoo pinpoints a high piercing sound on SHanks leaving him weakened. Kidd takes away Shanks' sword. and hawkins delivering a fatal blow. This could be done from a distance. Shanks wouldn't have to know they're there. Now granted it's not gonna be that easy to take down Shanks' but any descent swordsman doesn't stand a chance. If they were to fight 3 on 1.
I like Shanks is one of my top favorite characters next to Dragon, Luffy, Sanji, and Law. But it bothers me when someone says they'll kiss Shanks' feet. Cause despite it all if Shanks would win he'd kill them before they'd get the chance lol

That fact that shanks only needs to stare at ppl to solo them speaks for itself there's no telling what else shanks can do and shanks being so adept in haki he'll sense Kidd them making their moves also Kidd doesnt even beat Ben Beckman he won't get a chance to do anything to shanks

I know it's a game but playing Pirate Warriors 3 has got me hyped for Shanks. If even a part of that game Shanks = real Shanks I'll be happy. Oda had to take one of his arms just to give others a chance lol.

Even that Blackbeard hesitated to stage a battle on Marineford with his powerful recruited crew against Shanks and his crew.
I wonder what Kidd Alliance can do against Shanks.
Not to mention Blackbeard is the obvious final villain. AND.. Blackbeard would be the one to kill Shanks..

I'd be suprised if Shanks haki alone couldn't knock out at least scratchman apoo. Either way I don't see thdm beating the red hair pirates without an element of suprise (kaido would be a pretty damn big element).

Shanks would rekt the Supernova Alliance. Hell, if Akainu and the BB Pirates nearly got killed while taking down an injured WB. Yes, i'm comparing Shanks to WB in power. After all these years of hype, it's only fair that they make Shanks live up to the hype.

What if kaido joins the kid alliance and they go for shanks, he already planned to get whitebeard while he was busy with aces's execution , so he's not shy on trying to kill yonko. Maybe this gives him the edge over shanks

Well shanks won't be defeated with one blow.Also he is a emperor so something this close without him knowing is impossible.Shanks already knew about their alliance so when kid and other enter his ruling reason he will know what are they upto.We as of now know nothing about the power of shanks or his crew because we haven't seen them fight only one time shank stop Akinu's fist with haki and one clash with WB.This doesn't make things clear.
