sabo only 1 (so far)
both are physically strong
sabo got trained (allegedly) by dragon luffy the dark king
luffy in gear 2nd is if not faster then sabo gear 4th def makes him faster...
sabo has really potent haki yes but gear 4th seems to be stronger then anything hes portrayed or done since the series


honestly i dont c why sabo would be above luffy and if so its not by much at least by portryal...

Well now who knows but before Luffy went G4 Sabo was stronger hence he foderzoned that Burgess like he was nothing,even when they were kids Sabo was stronger so by portryal Sabo was always stronger with Luffy catching up,even now Sabo got Mera Mera which alone is strong af and not to mention that beast armanent of his.Luffy sure has 3 haki's but CoC was never seen having effect on stronger opponents so make that 2.
