kid version of canon characters...customs.

Can we make kid versions of canon characters I.e kid jiraiya<---- the one I want) or kid kakashi?

And are Canon bio's allowed to learn CE,CW ect. Might have missed if it said something about that in the rules.

Yes, but some things like toad/snake summoning maybe can't be used

Canon bio's can use CE, CW, everything you have learned besides from special techniques such as rain...

I guess it would be alright, I originally got a kid Kakashi bio as he didn't have his sharing an then. So for you situation kid jiraiya would be just a normal bio with no special abilities (toad summoning, sage mode) so you just need to write the history for him as a child. I hope what I have written makes sense. xd

There are no special requirements for a Jiraiya bio, only the sage mode part. So there'd be no stopping you making a kid Jiraiya bio. It's the same with Kakashi, except you may not get him with the Sharingan, but it's good if you don't fit the requirements for it though.
