at that stage sasuke was expereinced but no where near the level of kmimi even with a chakara boost with cs2 i find it hard for him to defeat him

the match probably can even go either way but with very high difficulty on either side

Sasuke with 3 tomie and cs1 can dodge that attack. If Kimimaro is sick he has a good chance of outlasting him as well. Chidori is also enough to break through his skin. This is dependent on him being sick though.

Hm, I disagree. Kimimaro's speed is at 4,5, taijutsu at 5 and Stamina is at 4,5. If they fought, Sasuke would either win with hard diff or it would be equal
