I think there pretty even as a child as a teen its iffy but obito.

Kid Sasuke... Kid Obito had like, 10 minutes with the sharingan and fireball jutsu for all we know. Sasuke had more experience, taijutsu abilities, chidori AND fireball.

Yea his only advantage is chidori then there pretty even I would say seeing as obito was basically just below kid kakashis skill like naruto was below sasukes skill at the time.

He wasn't weak, he just looked fodder in comparison to kakashi and guy he was pretty decent just look at his stats in the data book,

Obito before zetsu body and mangekyo was just a scrub where as Sasuke was pretty boss naturally and if its obito with those things sasuke has no chance but he would still put up a little bit of a fight because of curse mark
