Basically,

SRA Sasuke > CE Sasuke > Gaiden Kakashi > Wave Arc Sasuke

CE Sasuke pretty much = Gaiden Kakashi, except he's an Uchiha so he can keep his Sharingan active much longer.

If Sasuke has 3 tomoe sharingan, he should win this since kid Kakashi only has 2 tomoe sharingan and less jutsus compared to part one Sasuke. Part one Sasuke also has better intelligent, speed and taijutsu feats as well.

So Sasuke wins mid-high difficulty.
