Kid Shikamaru has limited jutsu, and must remain at range to fight. At best he could hope to snare Kakashi and make him kill himself with a kunai.

Kid Kakashi was highly skilled with taijutsu and ninutsu. He created the chidori and pre-sharingan was considered to be jonin level by Minato.

Skikamaru has a chance with kakashi minus the sharingan, with it though its not even close.
