Depends. We don't really know how strong Nagato was when he was a kid. He wasn't even a ninja and couldn't control his power at all. So if he is angry he could win, but in a real fight, going by what we've seen about them(and nothing from Nagato), kid kakashi may win but like i've said, we don't know at all
