My bet's on Kakashi. 3T Sharingan should be able to keep up with Haku in Demonic Ice Mirrors, so Kakashi should be able to dodge any of Haku's attacks and be able to land a blow on him while he's moving from Mirror to Mirror.

Kid Kakashi is pretty overrated, not even a functioning Chidori and clear that he just got jounin status because of the desperate war conditions. Haku's speed, basic abilities and level-headedness (not getting caught off-guard like with Naruto that's for sure) is more than enough for Kakashi.

With Obito's sharingan I give it to Haku with high difficulty.

Kid Kakashi is overrated af tbh; by feats part 1 selves of Naruto, Sasuke, Lee, Neji, Gaara and Temari are well more capable than him despite genin status. Haku aswell.

Haku's close range combat and speed was outmatched by p1 intro Sasuke &While facing Haku's KKG, Sasuke without sharingan(who is far weaker and slower than Chunin exams arc Sasuke) managed to avoid Haku's attacks after a while and actually managed to land a blow on haku while protecting Naruto after activating Sharingan.

What exactly makes u think Kakashi who proved himself to be a Jounin level shinobi without Sharingan can't beat haku even with Sharingan?

The only thing that can kill Haku is raikiri which has a hassle of usage.

Haku was going soft on Sasuke, that's why he got used to attackt pattern of Haku and avoided some blows. Even so, wo medical help Sasuke would not even survive or be able to fight further.

Haku's chakra was wearing down when he got hit by Naruto; and Naruto was infused with kyuubi chakra.

Haku can take himself to semi-aerial state like he did to Sai, he blitzed Sai(and elite capable Anbu who blitzed Deidara on clay bird), So his speed is not lowly.

Haku's speed? Outmatched? Please. Sasuke managed to keep up with Haku in 2T. That is to say, wasn't blitzed to all hell and God almighty. And Haku was holding back. Only Jutsu that can really harm Haku is Chidori, and that's if Kakashi is even able to form it.

It won't change the fact that a super weaker version of Sasuke managed to keep up with him even with those injuries .Unlike p1 Sasuke, Kakashi who is far superior to p1 intro Sasuke with chidori and sharingan can clearly see through his attacks & keep up him. Sai is not that good when it comes to close range combat as he mainly depends on his drawings to fight.

Btw Haku actually tried to kill Sasuke but Sasuke managed to avoid those attacks that is without even activating Sharingan as stated by Haku here
