Restrictions : Everyone has all their abilities up till the chuunin exam arc. Kakashi has two tomoe sharing an and can maintain it for at least 15 minutes in each battle. Kakashi is replenished and healed before each battle.

OT: if it is only up to CE only Lee, Neji and maybe Gaara can beat him. With all CE feats Sasuke and Naruto would too.

Even then only because of Shukaku and Gamabunta. Gated Lee can win as well.​
