Kakashi is a better version of Sasuke in this match, with him having far more experience as an ANBU and in the war as well.
Gai who can unlock the fourth gate is definitely faster than Kid Neji.

We already found out that guy was learning gates throughout his academy and genin days., yet gaiden kakashi still beat him. Anbu kakashi and gated guy murders then without remorse.

The deciding factor of this match up is if we're speaking of 2T or 3T Sasuke, the new filer showed Guy wasn't really "The Shit" back when Lee did it, he hasn't shown the gates and was completely clueless and got speed blitzed when Kakashi didn't realize it was him and almost cut him with his kunai. Guy does not seem to have as much potential as lee he just has a long hard trained career who become kage level with experience for days the blue beast of konoha.
