Super Buu is stronger with anyone absorbed. If no one is absorbed, they are the same strength.
I would say Super Buu wins any given matchup, since it's smarter and can actually strategise, whereas all kid buu can do is attack until there is nothing to attack.

Idk the gap is smaller than people think
When Goku said he and Vegeta couldn't beat him. He said
"if we go out LIKE THIS we're done for"
And it was already made clear at that point that being small reduced there damage output
Also buu had to be killed by a genki dama with gohans ki and more
And while super buu was changing his ki increased
Then his size decreased
But Kid buu was toying with ss3 goku and ss2 vegeta
Its likely not even full power ss3 goku could've dominated him
And Goku said super buu was superior to him and vegeta WHILE they were small
