I'm not convinced by the God Kii argument. Power levels are power levels, it doesn't matter if its god Kii or not. Are we supposed to believe that Gold Frieza somehow obtained God Kii from his transformation? Even if that's skirted around in the plot, power levels are the ultimate determining factor on the matter.
