yes...he just cant go two-headed wolf(dont remember the name of the tech but it was when it was vs sound 5), he can use gatsuga just not with aka, he can fight, he can take the militant pill and go beast mode....

dont say that. cuz in the beginning we didnt see anything j-man did until rasengan....we never knew kakashi had chidori until he showed us....nagato with almighty push(you see where im going) so u cant say thats all he has just cuz he spams it....even obito used something else in stead of kamui: fire style
