Zabuza would win. Even if Kiba can find him trough the mist he doesn't have any of the other the skills needed to take him out.

interesting match-up. zabuza has the mist and wide range water attacks along with his silent cutting technique. but honestly kiba and akamaru can easily counter him. they rotate and speeds that can smash through water dragon jutsu, and they have an incredible sense of smell so they don't need to see him. along with there good speed and there garoga technique, it's a pretty solid way to counter zabuza. it wouldn't be easy due to zabuza's level of skill, but they can pull it off if they avoid getting split in 2

Even though Kiba is a good opponent for Zabuza move wise

If Zabuza does hidden mist jutsu Zabuza can sense him through sound and Kiba through smell

But Kiba is going to want to avoid getting close to Zabuza and stay on the defense

It can change if Akamaru fuses with Kiba into the giant twin headed dog

But before he does that he has to mark Zabuza in order to smell him in fuse mode
Cause once he fuses he goes blind and he needs that pee to be on Zabuza to get him

Even if Zabuza were to get mark though he could use water and wash it off
Leaving Kiba unaware of where he is

Zabuza still wins med difficulty
