Lets not forget Kiba had his Mommy with him
And it doesn't take much effort to outsmart Kiba plus once his dogs gone then Zabuza will have even less trouble in taking him out.
Plus Zabuza is great in deceiving people with his water doppelgangers even Kakashi fell for it.

You make him out to be unstoppable. Lets not forget that zabuza needed Haku just as much as kiba needs akamaru. Yes Zabuza has water techniques but mostly for concealment and once you take that out of the equation things become easier. Now zanuza still has his water prison and water dragon attack. Well kiba has a partner to back him up just in case he gets caught and his offencive two headed dog attack to finish the water dragon. I say he still wins high diff and without killing zabuza cuz haku helps him out.

If Kiba uses his beastiality mode to try to counter the mist, all Zabuza has to do is fart. Then game over.

Zabuza has more going for him than Kiba. Zabuza also has the ability to make water clones to fool Kiba so his wolf fang over fang isn't one shotting Zabuza. Zabuza's water dragon jutsu would be a nice match against it too.

The hidden mist is useless in this case but even without it, Zabuza isn't fodder. Kiba hasn't done much in Shippuden so I can't say he is jounin level as of yet.

I say Zabuza wins with moderate difficulty.
