Kiba vs Shikamaru

Kiba and Akamaru have the advantage in speed, but he does attack first before thinking. Then there's Shikamaru who is always a 10 steps ahead of his opponent.

Who would win and why?

Shikamaru was able stand against Akatsuki members at some moments alone and fight back, i doubt Kiba could do the same

E doesn't need to dodge it though as soon as it gets close ( the gatsuga shadow) its game over! Shika would take this low-mid
