I don't know. Sakura is hella strong now but Kiba and Akimaru(sp) are really quick, stronger, work in a team, and con sniff her out if she tries to hide. Her strength won't mean anything if she can't hit them. She hasn't been displaying much else than chakra control either.

I agree it should be as they are now or before. With prime I would hope theyre getting better everyday. And I don't think Kiba hasn't shown any improvement. I think he's stronger than he was in Part 1 for sure. I wish everyone didn't hate him so much
