If Kiba decides to use his biggest moves from the get go, he's in for an easy defeat via improvised 'puppet feint'.
If he decides to approach his target more carefully (which is the most logical possiblity) he should still be pressured enough to fall for one of Kankuro's tricks, like a Salamander coming from below.
