I suppose Air Palm might be able to knock Kiba off course (and I think it effects chakra at the same time?) and if he crashes, Hinata could quickly leap in with a Gentle Fist or a Lion's Fist. Otherwise, I'd give it to Kiba.

As for the Double-Headed Wolf, if not told I always assume they're in character. Kiba won't use the wolf unless needed and the op didn't specify if Akamaru is here. I'm assuming.
