Based on what? DB3 gave Kiba a 4.5/5 in speed (Same as Hebi Sasuke), and he should logically be even faster then that in his war-arc form. Additionally, when we factor in the speed and reflex boost Kiba gains with Shikyaku no Jutsu, he'd be even faster. Kiba is an overlooked speedy character, due to the fact he has little to no speed feats. His massive transformation(s) should overpower any and all of Darui's ninjutsu, and smoke bombs give him a massive advantage.

I don't see how Kiba could possibly lose.

Shikamaru solo'd Hidan an Akatsuki, with stats still worse than Tayuya. That proves he's a force to be reckoned with, not to mention he could have beat Temari as well. Brushing off Shikamaru like he's a weak ass shinobi isn't smart man. He's strong af, he's the type a ninja you can't really compare to others in VS threads because he relies on intelligence rather than an impressive skill set.
