I say Kiba mid diff
The only big flaw with his 2 headed and 3 headed dog is the fact that it is hard to land. But with Choji being gigantic, it would be hard to miss. And base Kiba is too fast for Chojis slow attacks.
Kiba either drills a hole in him or saws him in half.
Thoughts?
