Nah but honestly, it should've been Akamaru killed, taking a hit for Kiba. Now THAT would be unfair and make me blub like a baby, more than damn Neji does anyway.

If both Kiba and Akumaru had more development before throughout the story aka relavents in the story. Then having them both die will impact something in the story.

I actually like Kiba. I think he could've been way better friend for Naruto than Sasuke should they come along.

I mean i'm not really a Kiba fan but he could also be a good Rival for Naruto, if it wasn't just one-sided.
