Well if we look at it carefully we can see that kiba completely destroyed all 3 rashoumon like they were nothing, so I don't think it is to far fetched to say that he could also take down two more.

So I would like to state, in fillers Kiba > Perfect sunsano sword with tailed beast bomb attached. Once we are out of fillers his power levels return back to normal however.

Kishi had nothing to do with this, and he faked being stopped by the single Rashoumon to get to Sakon and Ukon.

Yes in a filler everything is possible. Filler kiba > Madara.

I think that there are different versions of Rashoumon and are summoned: in power:Stongest>Weakest:
Hashirama>Orochimaru>Sakon+Ukon

Filler means Kishi had no part in it, what you saw technically never happened.
