Just when I thought he couldn't get anymore annoying.

When he said he wanted to be Naruto's advisor to Shikamaru, I wanted to punch a hole in my screen.

Kiba didn't even save Neji and then he made showoff. Last chapter only proved he deserves a spanking before trying to postulate to Hokage.
