Kiba has a good chance at beating Kakashi and i can name a few reasons
(No flaming plz)

1.HUMAN BEAST CLONE:

This is if Kiba has not decided to take control of kakashi's pack with his canine influence.
Not too mention if he could not do so Akamaru could easily go round for round against his entire pack.

Described as "a ferocious speed in a buzz-saw like shape," This means in this form Kiba can dispel/Disperse all raiton justu that come into contact with him as long as he stays in motion and has the means to channel that energy into the earth (Example;Kiba could not let electricity pass through him while in the air)

Wait you actually think that technique is capable of defeating Hashiri? That's completely wrong. If that had been that weak, then why did Kakashi use it against pain? Plus its extremely fast, Kiba would have no time to react. Any raiton technique can shock Kiba.

That's pretty baseless. So if I throw a wind mill shuriken, because it has ferocious speed in a buzz saw shape, then i can counter any raiton technique? Tell me more.
