Battle Conditions:---

Map: Where Kakashi fought with Kakuzu
Limit: 200meters

Shikamaru: Can use all techniques
Kiba: Can use all techniques

Hinata: Can use all techniques

Other: Fight to the death/ emotionless
Intel: Only what they have visually seen or heard of

Personally I think that Shikamaru's team will win with high dif/ extreme high dif

Shikamaru is the smartest character in the series with mid/long range attacks which are strong against the hyuuga. Kiba has Sotoro and Garooga which can be extremely dangerous seeing as how the enemy's only defense is rotation.

However, the enemy team has air palm which can be used to combat shikamaru's shadows and the side slashes of kiba's indirect Garooga.

How is air palm going to combat Shikamaru's shadows? Well I am going with team Hyuga high difficulty because the Byakugan allows both the Hyugas to dodge Shikamaru's shadows and give them total awareness. The vacuum palm will make it hard for Kiba to land a direct blow against either Hyuga especially Neji. Also Neji and Hinata probably know how to fight together better than Kiba and Shikamaru.

Hinata and/or Neji effortlessly avoid all of Shika's shadows and proceed to crush him with 1 punch. After that, it becomes a battle between Kiba and the 2 Hyuga, which I'm unsure of but decided to post on how hard Shikamaru would get stomped anyway because that is always fun and brightens my day.
