supposing he has if FTG is used on him he is severely screwed

I seriously doubt someone like Tobi would still have that mark on him after all this time.
Why? Cuz we've seen him loose limbs(against Fu and Torune, then in the fight with Konan) and in the process the mark probably would have been removed.

Instead, Naruto should learn FTG so he can implant the seal on him himself. He already got a head butt in on Tobi so its not like physical contact is impossible

Lets not underestimate tobi. Im sure such a genius wouldve located it and removed it already.

Also even if he still has it, its been seen that when he did solidify a rasengan didnt do much harm to him. I dont think this is his weakness

If this is possible than Minato must have plan really far ahead, but Naruto would need help activating and/or learning FTG. If this is incorrect, Minato might just had use the FTG technique to plan his next move and not for Naruto.

Well seeing as how Madara/Tobi knows that there is a marking on his body, assuming he isn't a complete idiot, he would look for it and remove it.

hey did you all forget that kakashi has one of ftg's minato gifted him when he bcame a jonin.... and also the kage's have the ftg but i think kakashi may use them bettr as he knows his sensei's move bettr... and he might use that on the 7nin swordsmen...
